His Highness Emperor Coile reigns supreme over the realms of this website. A kind and benevolent ruler, his only demand is that while you visit his realms, you understand that he means everything he says here in the nicest way possible. Sometimes he takes a side he doesn’t agree with, and blogs about it anyway–please don’t even assume that views expressed here are his.
Outside of ruling, he studies at the University of Kentucky as a National Merit Scholar. A University with strong horsemanship and trumpet programs, Kentucky provides an excellent education for young nobility. Since young Coile prefers running to sitting on a poor creature’s back, however, he generally sticks with the trumpet part of the noble education. He’s performed with ensembles ranging from the symphony orchestra to the student funk group in venues from St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague Castle to the Music Center at Strathmore.
In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with other young nobles at the University. He’s often found playing a game of Frisbee or working out at the gym. Occasionally he completes chemical engineering problem sets to keep himself occupied.
In the past, he’s visited the castles at Cesky Krumlov and Karlstejn as well as the modern fortresses of Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) in Chicago, IL and the National Institute of Aging (NIA) in Baltimore, MD. At NIA he researched tomatoes; at ANL he researched batteries… his conclusion from visiting those fortresses was batteries > tomatoes.
